CalmCo was set up by Luc Cos. With his many years of experience managing the North European Operations at CDK Global, Luc noticed that many DMS and ERP systems had the same shortcoming. The systems clearly missed day-to-day consolidated information for managers and owners.

So in September 2015 we launched a new BI-as-a-Service platform at CalmCo that offers a complete BI solution in the cloud for all DMS on the Belgian and European market. We developed a highly efficient manner of transferring local data from the customer to one’s own cloud infrastructure. The solution quickly brings all relevant data to the business users through a dedicated client on Windows, OS X or Linux, a dedicated iOS and Android app, and a web interface.

In 2019, a first project was realized in the Netherlands, immediately for the largest dealer group Van Mossel, who got to know our solutions through the acquisition of a few Belgian companies. In less than 8 months, we built a data warehouse for the customer in which the data sources as databases of 7 different Dealer Management Systems and an application for leasing companies are consolidated.
